    Simply visit our Add Listing page, choose a Free or Paid plan, and fill in your business details.

    Yes, we offer free basic directory listings with essential details like name, location, and contact info. However, paid listings offer enhanced visibility, priority placement, and extra media uploads.

    Free Listings include essential details such as name, location, contact info, and a basic profile. Paid Listings provide premium placement, additional images/videos, SEO benefits, social media promotion, and featured blog opportunities.

    No, listing fees are non-refundable. One-time payments for lifetime listings cannot be refunded. For monthly/annual subscription listings, cancellations apply to the next billing cycle but no refunds are issued for the current period.

    Yes, Roasters Map moderates reviews to ensure they meet our community guidelines and do not contain spam, hate speech, or false information.

    Reviews must comply with our review guidelines. If a review is false, spammy, or violates our policies, you can request removal. However, legitimate negative reviews cannot be deleted.

    Each independent seller is responsible for shipping and managing returns according to their own policies. Buyers should check the seller’s refund policy before making a purchase.

    Roasters Map processes payments securely. Seller payouts are made after 14 days of order completion to prevent fraud and ensure buyer satisfaction.

    Roasters Map charges a commission per sale (typically 5% – 15%, depending on the product/service). There are no listing fees for marketplace sellers.

    • Roasters Map encourages sellers and buyers to resolve disputes directly.
    • If no resolution is reached, Roasters Map may step in as a mediator.
    • Sellers who repeatedly fail to resolve disputes may face account suspension.

    Failure to fulfill orders or excessive customer complaints may result in account suspension or removal.

    Buyer

    Every seller must list their policies, refund terms, and customer service contact. We also encourage checking reviews and ratings before purchasing.

    Sellers manage their own shipping and tracking.

    Returns and refunds depend on the seller’s individual policies. Roasters Map does not handle refunds for third-party sellers. For Roasters Map’s own products (courses, merch, etc.), our refund policy applies.

    • Each seller has their own return and refund policy.
    • Digital content and barista courses are non-refundable once accessed.

    Contact the seller directly for resolution. If no resolution is reached, Roasters Map may step in as a mediator.
